Our Shipping Policy

We are concerned about our clients and do all possible to ensure you are satisified with your purchase. All of our digital downloads are based on a "try before you buy" concept where you can view the full size photo before you purchase, then delivered via the internet.

Custom Print Orders

We do supply custom prints in a variety of sizes and make every effort to use the best shipping materials available. This can be reinforced tubes for large prints and quality flat envelopes for smaller prints. All prints require 3 to 5 days for printing. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Returns and Refunds

Big Digital Photo has made every attempt to show you what you are buying before you make a purchase. This method was developed to eliminate the industry standard of making your decision based on a reduced product and then after your purchase you find the quality is not what you were looking for.

These measures virtually eliminate any problems with you getting an unsatisfactory product. This and the fact that a few unscrupulous people may attempt to purchase our products, make a copy and then request a refund, prevents us from having a return policy in place.

We will, however, make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction if you have a valid reason for returning a product. Just contact us and we can work together to substitute a product or provide a refund, at our discretion.
